Twenty (20) years in the construction sector, we have shown our capability and commitment to conduct large scale
waterproofing installations, surface repairs including concrete repairs from residential, commercial to mega construction
undertakings.

Key Personnel
Roger Nehmeh
Country Manager
Mr. Roger Nehmeh is a scholar in the field of Business Management and obtained several training in the field of construction and Project Management. He also possesses 30 extensive years of experiences in Specialised Contracting (Damproofing, Thermal Insulation and Epoxy). In 2003 he has been appointed as the General Manager of BMC Qatar W.L.L. and with his leadership BMC Qatar became one of the best specialised Waterproofing Contractors in the country.
In 2012 Mr. Nehmeh has been assigned with an additional responsibility of Country manager to M/s. QCTC. He act as principal in Charge and Provide leadership and ensure the teams are highly engaged. He keeps a regular reviews of financial reporting activities. Mr. Nehmeh represent the company at industry forums and act as an industry leader on behalf of the company.
John Chaar
Division Manager
Mr. John Chaar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese American University. He joined as a Division Manger at BMC Qatar in 2006. He has more than 20 years of experience in civil construction industry, including a 17 years of experience in Specialized Waterproofing area.
His main function as a Division manager is to identify and carry out the best possible opportunities for a company's growth. An examination of the company's competition and their business activities almost certainly comes into play in the development strategy.
Wassef Alameddine
Regional Technical Manager
Mr. Wassef holds a Masters degree in Architecture from Lebanese university. He has more than 17 years of experience in construction & design industry and in Specialized Roofing and Waterproofing areas. He is an Industry member in the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants(IIBEC), a Professional Member in the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and a member in the International Council for research and Innovation in Building and Construction (CIB). As a Technical Manager he is in charge to Manage and monitor the design, coordination, Quality Assurance and documentation of all the Technical/Engineering work of the company in Qatar and the MENA region.
Khaled Zakariya
Country Finance Manager
Mr. Khaled joined as s a Finance Manger to BMC Qatar in 2015. As a Finance Manager Mr. Khaled provides financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. Also, investigate ways to improve profitability and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers, and acquisitions
Khaled Atteya
Projects Director
Mr. Khaled holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt. He has more than 30 years of experience in civil construction industry, including a 17 years of experience in Specialized Waterproofing fields. He leads, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget.
Mahmoud Olayan
HR&Admin Manager
Mr. Olayan joined as an Admin Manger to BMC Qatar in 2003. More than 21 years of experience in Admin & HR Dept. to supports the people management functions that underpin the business culture. He lead and directs the HR and Administration team to enable them to deliver a comprehensive service to the business. The broad areas includes; timely completion of Governmental procedures, employee relations, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, and procedure and performance management.
Fares Basha
Technical Manager
Mr. Fares holds a bachelor degree in Architecture from Aleppo University. He has more than 16 years of experienced history in the field of construction projects and specialized in waterproofing division. He is in charge to manage and monitor the technical department team in terms of design and documentation, follow up with Project Managers, suppliers and clients to ensure all technical documentation are ready within the projects schedule and in line with the projects requirement.
Mahmoud Ghoneim
Business Development Manager
Mr. Ghoneim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Public Works Dept. Faculty of Engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo- Egypt. He joined as a Business Development Manger at BMC Qatar in 2008. He has more than 14 years of experience in civil construction industry, Specialized in Waterproofing area.
As a business development manager, he has a crucial role in the success of an organization. Mr. Ghoneim generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue, helping organizations maximize their profits.

HSE Manager
More than 12 years of professional experience encompasses of, but not limited to, QHSE management with various international certification and award in quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, and more. Involved in project management, planning, field inspections, auditing, specialized engineering services, and other critical role within the organization.
